Kestiny creates personalised subliminal audio built from your stated desires, a Solfeggio frequency, and an ambient soundscape. It is a creative and wellness product. It is not a medical service, psychological treatment, or therapeutic intervention. Nothing I produce constitutes medical or clinical advice.

I believe in what I build. The mechanism behind subliminal audio and self-affirmation is supported by published neuroscience. However, results vary between individuals and depend on consistency of use. I do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the audio for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly broadcast, or publish your subliminal audio in any form.
I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Kestiny after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Because your subliminal is generated uniquely for you at the moment of purchase and delivered straight to your device, it cannot be returned or resold. Like a bespoke item made to order, it is not refundable for a change of mind.
That is different from something being wrong with your order. If your generation failed, your download didn't work, you received the wrong file, or the audio isn't the one you built — email me at hello@kestiny.com and I will fix it, rebuild it, or refund you. I stand behind what I build.
If your download link isn't working, please make sure you are opening it on the same browser and device you used to generate your subliminal. Your audio is stored locally in your browser and cannot be accessed from a different device. If you are on the same device and still have issues, contact us.
