Everything about subliminal audio, Solfeggio frequencies, subconscious reprogramming, and how Kestiny works, plainly and honestly.
You'll hear ambient audio: rain, ocean, space, fire, or your own uploaded track, layered with a low Solfeggio frequency tone running continuously underneath. The affirmations are whispered within the audio at a level the conscious mind doesn't hold onto. Most people can't make out specific words at the right volume. That's by design.
Low. If you can clearly make out individual words, it's too loud. The right volume is one you could comfortably fall asleep to: present enough to reach you, quiet enough not to demand your attention.
As you fall asleep, when you first wake up, or during rest. These are the windows when the conscious mind steps back and the subconscious becomes most receptive. You can also play it in the background during low-attention tasks: commuting, stretching, light work.
No. Awake is fine. The key is low conscious attention: not full focus, not full sleep. Resting with your eyes closed, meditating lightly, or simply doing something that doesn't demand much thought all work. Sleep is ideal because resistance drops to zero, but it's not required.
No. Headphones help isolate the frequency and affirmations more clearly, but speakers work fine, especially for sleep or background listening. Volume matters more than headphones: too loud and your conscious mind picks up the words, too quiet and the frequency doesn't register.
It's a tool that builds your affirmations and audio automatically instead of using a fixed, pre-written script. You describe what you want, the generator writes affirmations shaped around that, and the audio (frequency, soundscape, whispered affirmations) is created specifically for you. Kestiny works this way: nothing in your file is reused from anyone else's session.
It depends what you're after. Most subliminal generators let you pick a category and hand you a track built from a fixed script shared with everyone who picks that category. If you want something built entirely from your own words, not a template pulled off a shelf, that's specifically what Kestiny is built for: you describe your exact desire, the affirmations are written around it, and the file that comes back exists nowhere else.
Yes. Confidence, wealth and success, love and relationships, beauty and body image, sleep, and focus are the most common. On the Custom page you describe exactly what you want in your own words, and the affirmations are written around that, not pulled from a generic template for that category.
Honest answer: the underlying mechanism, non-conscious processing of language and repeated self-affirmation, has real support in neuroscience, but no controlled study has isolated subliminal audio specifically and proven a guaranteed outcome for everyone. What the research does show is that your brain registers input below conscious awareness, and repeated self-affirmation measurably changes neural activity over time. Whether that translates to your goal depends on consistency, and for a lot of people, on whether the placebo effect itself is doing real work. I'd rather tell you that than oversell it. More detail on The Science page.
Most people notice internal shifts first: how they talk to themselves, what feels possible, what they reach for automatically. These usually begin within two to four weeks of consistent daily listening. External changes tend to follow internal ones. Give it 21 to 30 days of daily use before you evaluate.
Yes. Published neuroscience supports both subliminal audio processing and the effect of repeated self-affirmations on brain structure and behaviour. UCL fMRI studies confirm the brain processes subliminal inputs at a measurable level. Research from Harvard on neuroplasticity shows that repeated thoughts create physical changes in neural wiring. I've written about this in detail on The Science page.
YouTube subliminals use the same affirmations for every listener. Yours are generated from your exact desires, written specifically for what you want, in your chosen language, layered with the frequency you chose. Nothing in your file came from someone else's session. That specificity is the point: a subliminal calibrated to you carries more weight than one made for a million different people.
This almost always happens when you open the download link on a different device or browser to the one you generated your audio on. Your audio is stored locally in your browser, so it can't transfer automatically to another device. Open the link on the same browser and device you used to create it.
If you're on the same device and it still doesn't work, email hello@kestiny.com and I'll sort it.
Yes. On the Custom page, choose "Upload your own audio" and select any MP3 or WAV file from your device. Your file is processed entirely within your browser and never uploaded to my servers.
Between 1 and 3 minutes depending on session length. Your audio is rendered in real time directly in your browser, which is what makes it truly private, but it does require the tab to stay open and your screen to stay awake until it finishes.

No. Your desires are sent to my affirmation generator and immediately discarded after your affirmations are created. They are not stored on my servers, logged, or accessible after your session. Your audio is generated entirely in your browser and never uploaded.
Only your name and email from checkout, used to send your download link and follow-up emails. Anonymised page analytics via Vercel. Nothing else. I don't collect your desires, affirmations, or audio. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
Your subliminal is created uniquely for you and delivered straight to your device, so it can't be returned or resold — it isn't refundable for a change of mind. If something went wrong with your order, that's different: a failed generation, a broken download, the wrong file. Email hello@kestiny.com and I'll fix it, rebuild it, or refund you. Full details in the Refund Policy.
